Jika selama ini Motorola terlihat adem ayem tidak merilis produk ponsel baru, ternyata dalam rangka mencari desain baru. Paling tidak inilah yang berhasil ditangkap oleh situs BGR, yang mempublikasikan empat model ponsel baru Motorola yang akan dirilis awal 2009.

Dari empat model ponsel tersebut, ponsel berjuluk Flash memiliki tampilan yang menarik. Ponsel ini menggunakan layar LCD touchscreen, garis sudut bodi yang tajam, dan empat tombol di bawah layarnya.

Ponsel kedua adalah Calgary, yang memiliki bentuk serupa dengan Flash. Yang membedakan adalah pada Calgary terdapat kibor QWERTY yang berada di bawah layar. Kibor yang memiliki tombol dengan warna lampu biru ini dapat digeser, sementara di sisi atas hanya terdapat satu tombol Home. Sekilas ponsel ini mirip dengan iPhone.


Rush 2

Ponsel ketiga dinamai Rush 2 yang memiliki desain kibor slider mirip dengan Calgary. Ponsel 3G ini memiliki ukuran layar yang lumayan kecil dan bukan berlayar sentuh, terlihat dengan adanya scroll wheel.


Inferno, Berdesain Mirip Rokr

Inferno merupakan ponsel terakhir yang memiliki desain flip semi-transparan. Model seperti Rokr EM28 ini menyiratkan kepedulian Motorola terhadap keinginan pengguna setia Moto - yang menyukai desain seperti itu. Itulah keempat ponsel MOTO yang belum diketahui secara pasti kapan akan muncul di pasaran, berikut harganya masing-masing.

Nokia unveiled a new smartphone just recently and called it the Nokia N97. It describes the phone as “a true mobile computer” and is said to be Apple iPhone biggest competitor. Nokia N97 has a lot of new features but the most notable ones are:
3.5″, tilting touch display
QWERTY slide out keyboard
HSDPA, 3G, WIFI, GPS
32 GB of on-board memory, expandable with a 16 GB microSD card
5 megapixel camera with high-quality Carl Zeiss optics

There is less than a month left until the New Year's Day, which is when a sort of best present's and gift's showdown is being held. There are three different redesigned Nokia 8800 mobile phones, each has its unique visual features, by which everyone who had ever seen them just once, will be capable to tell one from another. The smartphones are: Nokia 8800 Arte, Nokia 8800 Sapphire Arte and Nokia 8800 Carbon Arte. They all have different price tags depending obviously on what materials were used for their bodies. Nokia 8800 Arte is the cheapest one of three – 689 pounds. Looking not so fancy, probably, as the Sapphire Arte and Carbon Arte, but more balanced and plain in good meaning of the words. Body panels are of finest natural materials by its description, mostly of polished glass and metal painted black. 8800 Sapphire Arte is of a deep brawn color and has a piece of smooth leather on the sliding panel. In the combination with a real sapphire in the "OK" button, it raises price to 979 pounds. But this is still 100 pounds less than 8800 Carbon Arte. Yes, it costs over 1000 pounds – 1079 pounds to be accurate. As the name sais, Carbone Arte does have carbon fibre insertion pieces and titanium felloes.

In due course shouldn’t features be forgotten. Actually they are not what will drive a person to buy one of these as they would be chosen by heart, not by mind. Nevertheless feature package is quite solid, and same, basically, for all there devices of the 8800 series, speaking of which:
